Appreciate the update phone calls that were made throughout my rep and the kindness during the calls

They did a great job and were able to finish it early. They had to replace my bumper and were in touch with the insurance company and handled it and got me in right away for a new bumper. The staff gave me regular updates on my car and were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for their service and friendliness.

My car was eventually totaled but very pleased with your customer service with keeping me updated on everything by phone

Your experience and reputation in auto body repair were apparent from the beginning. The working relationship between your staff and insurance companies and car rental services made for a seamless process. The customer care via updated progress reports was surprising; other companies just don't do tha. Of course your workmanship was top notch and my car looks beautiful.

I’ve had my car repaired at you shop twice now and very happy both times on the repairs. This time when I came in for the estimate, the lady stated she wanted to keep the vehicle there and she had someone from the shop take me home. Not everyone would do that. That shows great customer service. They also kept me updated as the process was going along in the repair.

The ladies at PRITZ on Belmont ARE THE BEST They kept me informed all the way. Very professional yet concerned about the process. The made sure I was taken care of to the enth degree. I would recommend this location 10 stars for any of your unfortunate mishaps to your auto.
